Rockauto seems to be able to get some of the parts above from Europe - shipping is expensive, but searching by part number allowed me to add both a timing belt and water pump to my cart.

I should also add that the power steering & AC belt is the same as the one used on the 2.2l C223 diesel (1986 Trooper diesel).
