I bought the Napa/Wix variant you mention, and while it looks like the center hole is correct, the gasket diameter and drainback hole circle diameter are much narrower than the Isuzu filters I've been using.

I have not actually tried fitting it to see whether this makes any difference, but it is definitely not exactly the same, unfortunately.

I have been using the NAPA 1809 for years on my Bighorn.
Here are some parts I have been able to buy locally (in BC, Canada)
Alternator-water pump belt: NAPA 25-22405. This is a nice fat 17mm belt.
Alternative: Good Year Hi-Miler 22404 (15x1015mm)
