I have never cleaned my injectors once; I have 210K on mine. The only thing I do is a fuel filter every 4 years. Unless your filter physically broke, there is no place for stuff do get into the injectors.
Anyways, that stuff that gets diluted into your tank is garbage. The only way to go is with on of those cleanings that tie into the fuel rail and the car literally runs off the stuff...
