Dave, if you need more height, re-index them in the LCA's and then crank them. That's what I did. Then I just took it to my alignment man and asked him to level it side-to-side and front-to-rear, set camber to zero and then do the rest of the alignment.

Fasteddy's advice is occasionally sound...
