I have a rear third member differential (4.625:1 OPEN) that came out of my '87 Montero that had 250K+ miles. When I was running it, before I replaced it with L/S, it worked fine with no gear noise that I could hear. It's free for local pick up (Algonquin, Illinois 60102) only. The contact patterns for drive and coast appear to be acceptable. I also have two rear axles one that came out of an '88 bone yard Montero and one from my '87, and some miscellaneous parts (hubs, bearings etc.) that you can also have. They're headed for a dumpster if nobody wants them.

The hubs I referred to were for the rear axle...that might not be what they're called. I've got a photo of the axles and parts.
