Thanks Jim! I wasn't able to get back and update this thread till now.

We have figured out a solution to our problem. Right now with all the cars being turned in to the Cash For Clunkers program there are a lot of very good cars in the California junk yards with ruined engines. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/angry.gif" alt="" /> What they are forced to do to get the vehicle from the program is remove the oil in the crank case and replace it with Sodium-silicate and then run it till the engine seizes.

So.. We picked up a Transmission w/SOTF transfer case with a 90 day warranty from one of the places that pulls parts and resells them for $450.00.

Finished installing it and testing it today, it runs great.
