I've had a slipping clutch in my Mighty Max V6 3.0L for the past 5 months, and I've put on about 4000 miles. The strange thing is, it is easy enough to drive while preventing it from slipping. As long as I am gentle, no slippage. I haven't been able to afford the repair, and I'm concerned that driving the truck as is may damage something else. The mechanic at the transmission shop said it will not damage any thing else, but I need reassurance from the real experts! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />
