Nice! You're definitely doing it up right. I don't think any of our junk is as fancy as Corey's... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Keep up the good work!

Getting the Wheeling Fever
Look'n great Greg keep up the good work. By the way got your last reply thanks for the tips and info. Just replaced the factory clutch now putting away funds for a new cam and sending head in for upgrades. Any suggestions for cams, looked on eng.bldr but haven't decided which one to get as of yet.

That motor looks gorgeous, Greg -- great work!

BTW, when you have a minute, I replied to your PM on customtacos regarding the gauge pillar question. (Short answer: send me a photo so I can better see the issue. Thanks!)

Got some more work done on the motor, custom fitted a fitting for a fuel pressure gauge:
[Linked Image]
Drilled the stock banjo bolt, threaded it with 1/8 NPT tap, and go M-F 90 deg elbow.

Threw the harness on to test fit where i can locate the sensor so it still hides under the timing cover.

Close up of the sensor installed:

Here you can see the 3.4 with 3.0 motor mounts and new rubber isolators, as well as the 3.0 "stiffening" plates.
I bought the correct tap from snap-on.ca (M10x1.25) ($7 and super fast shipping) and re tapped all the holes on the block. Tapped the stiffener holes and.... nothing, rusted right out. Thankfully i had a helicoil kit from a previous job for the correct size, and it worked perfectly (drill, tap, install coil, done).

It's getting there.... have lots of work to do under the truck (rust fixing)... yay...

Jeff i'll get some pics this weekend...
