I originally had two sets machined for my (and my 2nd half) Montero but then friends wanted a set.

So I went to a CNC/Machine shop, gave them the specs and started to get some sets done up.

Selling them as a set -

-Two 1" aluminum balljoint spacers (tapered)
-Six Metric Grade 8 bolts/washers (replace original stock one's)

After installing these, you can safely raise your Monty and you'll be able to level it out or lift it without excessively cranking the torsion bars. This will provide a better ride and keep your front-end properly aligned.

NOTE It is recommended to have a wheel alignment done after you install them and adjust your torsion bars to the desired height.

Price per set including shipping in US/Canada :

$ 90 shipped per pair w/ hardware (Canadian or US funds / same to me as I work in Vancouver and Seattle every week back and forth)

*Note : These are for Gen II Montero's with bolt-on balljoints only. They will not work with Gen I press-on balljoints as the A-arms are too short.

I have 11 sets left.

BALL JOINT SPACERS FOR USE ON FRONT IFS TRUCKS LOOKING TO GAIN MAXIMUM LIFT FROM TORSION BAR CRANKING. THESE SPACERS INCREASE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE A-ARMS TO ALLOW FULL T-BAR CRANKING WHILE MAINTAINING SOFT FRONT RIDE QUALITY. IN ADDITION, THE SPACERS ADD POSITIVE WHEEL CAMBER FOR PROPER ALIGNMENT WITH CRANKED TORSION BARS.

If you spacers look anything like what is in the photos, there is no way these will fit in a Montero.
