I'm not trying to be argumentative, but these don't physically add lift. They make lifting via torsion bars possible. Furthermore, they MAY help prolong ball joint life by taking some of the tension, added by torsion bar cranking, off of them.

Stolen description from a maker of these for another brand of vehicle.

Quote
BALL JOINT SPACERS FOR USE ON FRONT IFS TRUCKS LOOKING TO GAIN MAXIMUM LIFT FROM TORSION BAR CRANKING. THESE SPACERS INCREASE DISTANCE BETWEEN THE A-ARMS TO ALLOW FULL T-BAR CRANKING WHILE MAINTAINING SOFT FRONT RIDE QUALITY. IN ADDITION, THE SPACERS ADD POSITIVE WHEEL CAMBER FOR PROPER ALIGNMENT WITH CRANKED TORSION BARS.

That said, I'm thinking about getting a set. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
