Of course it would. That goes without saying. Shocks, tierods, balljoints, steering column, tires, rims, pitman arm, control arm bushings, etc... Any of these things can take out your front end.

Fortunately, if installed properly, these balljoint spacers do not affect the front end.

There are 13 monty's in the Vancover area running bj spacers up front and some with longer springs in the rear. Makes for a good combo.
