Jesse, if you want, you can send me the set you were sending to Alex. I'll install them with a write up and updates after road and trail use.

Fasteddy's advice is occasionally sound...

Roll Me Over
OOOooo. Still got some left?

...after years of tweaking camber with the BJ flip I'll be back to square one

Worth it - tired of banging the a arm on the frame stop.

I don't think there's a need for concern having had the BJ flip in mine for 5 years or so now. I don't think there's a whole lot of stress and strain going onto that part. If there was I surely would have seen evidence of it by now.

Body Damage is Cool

I'd suggest take bolts out and inspect threads and body for possible deformation.

I've done that on both monty's since we've had them installed.

Threads are normal with no crushing or abbrasion. No bending or deformation.

The taper is so minimal that it does not affect the threads, nor the holes.

This is not a shear/side-load application.

It's a clamp-force application.

I'm getting repetitive and it's somewhat annoying.

This is not MY design.

These work. They are on who knows how many Montero's/Pajero's outside of the US. Maybe some people even bought them overseas and had them shipped here.

I'm done arguing over something I've been using for the past 3 years.

If you would like to pick up a set, by all means, do so. If not, no sweat off my sack.

I am curious what these photos are from. The bolt spacing doesn't appear to be the same as for a Gen 2 ball joint.
