So many people out there tight for money. They should be allowed to sell with a salvaged title. Then someone in nead could fix a la new motor and get themselves on the road for a great price. The goal of moving new stock inventory was achieved. And anyone who could use a salvaged title ride isn't a candidate for a new car, so no cannibalizing there...
