Getting the Wheeling Fever
Bad vibration starts at about 20 mph and gets worse as I speed up. I have taken the wheels and tires have had them balanced and that did not help the problem.

Jack up the front end, and support it with jackstands, and get your prybar out, and start finding the slop in the front end. Control arm bushings, tie rods, ball joints....

Getting the Wheeling Fever
Tried that and no luck. Also replaced front wheel bearings and it did not help. I can't find much slop in the front driveshaft so I am wondering if it is a right or left half shaft.

You need to fill out your profile so we can see what kinf of vehicle you drive. If you have a Gen2 without locking hubs, this could be a problem. If you have a Gen1 with locking hubs this shouldnt be a problem.

A bad belt in the tire would give you the bad shimmy but may still balance out OK.
