Lloyd still wheels. He just got tired of posting his experiences with equipment or wheeling opinions and always having to defend himself. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/rolleyes.gif" alt="" /> Was happening quite a bit but then again he sometimes said things w/out putting stupid disclaimers about where his statements apply or putting something about 'in my experience' to qualify his comment. Stupid to have to do that each time but there you go. That's straight from the horses mouth on that. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

I think some simply suck at providing constructive criticism. I was taught...
Compliment, Criticism/Question, compliment.
Makes for less confrontation IMHO.
I guess some are either too lazy, don't care, or don't view their comments as being possibly confrontational or that they may be taken differently. Others may even enjoy it but luckily not too many.

That is not what I saw.
Last I saw of him.....
Seemed to me he used his Gen1 up, and did not deem it worth the time effort or $ to repair it correctly. Then offered it for sale at a high price, and was insulted when people were low balling him.(Because the truck was used heavily, engine did not run correctly....etc) We tried to encourage him to perform the work himself, and he made some excuses, and left.

I talk to Lloyd often, he still gets on sometimes but doesn't post. I think PAJ_ERO is going to call him today with an offer on his truck, and it'll be out wheeling again. Lloyd will get another montero again one day after he buys every other 4x4 and it doesn't stack up to the 19 year old montero he used to drive.
