I bought the Landcruiser but only getting 10MPG <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" /> With tail wind got old fast. Sold to co-worker who loves it but is still having MPG shock. I told him before I sold it... I tried really hard to replace the Monty-Couldn't and now have it back...

The red SWB was Mr.Guy. He has a new Toyota FJ and wheels that now. We catch up in person here and there, he is doing well.

The other day Guy posted a picture from a offroading trip in the NJ pinebarens that I had 'lead'. Charlie and his young son Nathan were in the picture as well. Must have been 6 years + ago. We were all posing infront of my 93 Monty that I sent to great toaster factory in the sky. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Charlie was good people, it would be great to hear how he was doing. His son must be a teenager by now.

After eating bunch of paypal percentages, and getting some bills from my old work for shipping charges, it was a very lucrative venture. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif" alt="" />

I am hoping to get my 95 Sr back up and running this winter. Time is tight between my tax accounting job and studying for the CPA. Cash is tight between lots of student loans and 'dating' my way into a instant family of three kids that also came with a mortgage etc.

This thread is an enjoyable diversion. Amazing to think about how much time has gone by since I first got my original montero and found this site. A bit melancholy too to think back!

Rob Palumbo, or "Rob in Hell", moved to metro Atlanta only to have his job eliminated and he took a job with a LR dealer in Columbia, S.C. but wound up working mostly from a sister dealership in Asheville, N.C. I bought my Raider from Rob as he was moving his family to S.C. I was suposed to get all the FSM's Rob had for the vehicle, which I paid for and he promised to send. I never received them, would still like to have gotten them.
