Good post, Justice.

I know the AZ Crew founding members (LordTrunks and Toasty/Automon) wouldn't be where they are at now without the Lloyd input. Neither would I, for that matter.

He's still around. Wish he would post up once in a while.

Lloyd was ok, just a little bombastic and a touch too certain in his opinions. He did do a lot for us. I would not like to wheel with him. Not into rock surfing and tearing up the truck, but I would like to cave crawl with him.

I still have a Lloyd bumper on my 2 door, which reminds me of a funny "it's a small world" kind of story.

A bunch of years ago I put longer springs on my gen II. I sold the old gen II springs to a guy named Jeremy. A few years later I was looking for a 2-door. It wasn't until we were doing the paper work that I realized this was the same Jeramy I sold the springs to. I just got my springs back. LOL

Ray, Carey, & Lloyd were 3 of my favorite posters. SeerAtlas is greatly missed as well (by ME anyway).

I miss Uncle DougM. And Seeratlas, if he was in fact real? My buddy Don H doesn't come on much anymore either, though the legacy of his bumpers will live on forever. A nicer guy you won't meet. He's stayed at the house a few times!

Geez Phil, "if he was in fact real?" heheheh. Though in looking it seems I somehow got erased from the board LOL.

The site was having some issues awhile back, so Admin had to take action. Some old accounts were purged; more active had to re-register. This is why some old threads also have 'Anonymous' posters in them.

BTT...

I was lurking the Montero forum again, and after looking up another older user I stumbled onto this thread. I thought it would be fun to drag it back up.

I am still stuck in my cubicle working as a public accountant doing corporate taxes, I am still confused about how I actually ended up in this line of work!

Still skydiving when I can get out of work, which is less and less year by year. This season I may go through a course that will give me the qualification to take passengers on tandem skydives.

My 95 Montero SR is still sitting next to my garage waiting for me to free up some time to repair what I think is a blown head gasket. The truck was never the same after I bent the valves doing the timing belt.

The irony is not lost on me that I bought my 95SR to replace my 93 Montero which was reborn as toaster ovens and appliances because it too was never the same after trying to do rebuild the engine myself.

Unfortunely in the interim the local field mice have moved in to the 95SR, and have left quite the mess and stench.

What is every one else up to?

Lately I have either been going to a meeting, in a meeting, or coming from a meeting. Advocating for motorized recreation is a full-time job with overtime...

My spare time is spent with site admin...

Jeep hasn't been out of the garage in almost 4 months.

Did get a ride-along through Hollister Hills SVRA about a month ago.
