On a related side note, the 3.5 DOHC came in 94, but the 3.0 that year was still 12V. The 3.0 24C SOHC was 95-96. Pretty sure the 94 3.0 then was the older tranny. IIRC, when I CAPS search the bellhousings, the 3.0 was the same from 89-94. (Was thinking about the same 2.6L tranny swap talked about this thread, but with Gen II and Active-Trac.)
