I peeled back the reman sticker covering the part numbres on the one I have.. The case numbers are:
E2T34478A which is the MD145903 for a 4cyl Galant/Eclipse.. But this came out of a good running 1991 Montero V6, so the casing might have been swapped on this ECU when it was rebuilt.

The correct ECU part number for the Montero this came out of is MD146946.
