Here is the way I did it on the Mojave road run this past weekend.

Open the hood, reach in there and disconnect the single wire that running to the compressor.

Now when you turn the air on the fan runs. Reconnect after the run.

I know way to simple, but hey it works. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

I found running the air at trail speeds is not a good idea anyway. Things get hot and you have less power.
