Need a Spot

I have a 1987 Dodge Raider. It has California Emissions, I live in Texas and this is a trail rig.

I am converting to the Weber 38 DGEV, my question.

On the Distributor I have the double vacuum advance, can I just switch to a single or how do I run the vacuum lines?

Can I buy the single? And will it fit my distributor?
