Well I had a great time and thanks to everyone for letting me show you the way. Only got lost once or twice.
It would have been great to have a picture of us crossing the Soda Lake area from above. From my point, up front looking back, I could see 13 rigs, that went vehicle, a cloud of dust, a vehicle, a cloud dust etc for almost a mile, just like in the movies. John Wayne would have been proud.

The new GrassCat did it's job well, but I need to get rid of the space-case and get a roof rack. I put way to much stuff in the case and it makes the truck a little weird handling, top heavy.

We had a great group as usual and it was nice meeting the new folks that join our normal group. I hope you all become regulars.

Ray and I will be planning another trip, so stay tune.

There has been some mention of the Mafia being along on the trip. It's true and some evil type's also, Nick comes to mind and his sidekick Steve.

This will help explain what I'm talking about.

There are other way to play the game, do a Google search on "How to play Mafia".

Here are my pictures.

A little bit of Light Art. I don't recall who suggested it but it was a really fun project for the group.

So glad everyone enjoyed the trip although my satisfaction is definitely tempered by the amount of carnage experienced by 2 of us ... but I'm very pleased to hear how others chipped in to minimized the cost to get these rigs home. I think this is a very important part of wheeling that should never be taken for granted and I want to give a GIANT KUDOS to those who helped these folks get home!!

Oh and stop killing me in the first round. I was only Mafia twice. Not my fault you all thought I am a nice guy and didn't kill me the two times I ended up being mafia... and I will have to say it was priceless winning those games...

Thanks Eric. Just noticed that myself. Seems I may have done something wrong and since I'm a new Picasa user, it wouldn't be surprising. I did set the album to be a public one and still no luck though.

I just noticed a terrible mistake in the Ray's pictures titles: Vlad Sr. is NOT the father of Vlad Jr. !!! They are just friends. You probably noticed that their mafia game behaviors are quite different. This clearly shows that there is no DNA shared among them. They are totally different species

Vlad Jr. real father may be heartbroken if he ever finds that his trusted son switched the allegiance

Great shots, y'all. Sure makes me jealous! I should check Arctic Offroad's calendar now that summer's outta here.
