The second nights campground was close to Baker so i gas up my tank there.
so did you take that road marked KELBAKER RD? it looks like it's paved, from google maps... Yes, it was like a 20 minute ride to Baker. Gas prices were reasonable there IIRC $3.00ish, not Arizona prices like $2.29 a gallon.
