Not sure of the physical constructs of your diff; however, if it is a central Vacuum disconnect style, perhaps this company has a solution.

Toys are not listed, but, ????

nope...

forget all that.

best way is to just ditch the whole ADD assembly all together.
'
simple actually. you just need a couple of parts from a 4runner or pickup that didnt have the ADD to begin with.

then all you do is replace that axle housing, axle stud. discounnect a couple vacuum lines and you're in like flynn.

i broke my ADD inner axle. that's what happens when you are in double low-low and you bounce the front tire and land while in mid throttle.
'
i had a pix of the axle where it broke and it looks like it had a like 45 degree rotation before it sheared off.

i still have shift, albeit, i have to stop. but the inner axle is thicker and i dont have to worry about vacuum lines going out...

Good job on the repair Joanna. I discovered that I'm way to old to be pushing a vehicle again. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

Need a Spot
Just got the VehiCross back from mechanic. New alternator (OEM), Yellow top deep cycle battery and brand new 4L30E transmission that came out less expensive that an overhaul.

When is the next trip? smile

Here is a ten minute video of the Mojave Road from the Expedition Portal team that follows us a week later. Maybe someone in our 4x4 wire team will put together a video soon.

Maybe Ray?

Hey Ray, while you're putting together the video (LOL) can you post up one of the 4x4Wire light pics in which we're not visible? Thanks!

Hey, I at least have my ScanDisks ready to look at and MAYBE I will have time to come up with some trail cam clips of Mojave Road and a couple of other trips...

Things are just starting to return to normal (getting to like the single life) and I do have a few priority projects to clear.
