Were you concerned about warping the hosing when welding the diff protection on?

I will have to search a bit back and look at the frame chop again. I have been eyeing that up as the first real mod after I get the engine fixed on the 95sr. I have the 2 inch body lift but it would be nice to get the gas tank and everything else back up 2 inches.

Not when you think about the amount of welding done on a trussed axle. Besides, one good thing about having a non-turbo welder is you can only do so much welding before it gets too hot and stops <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" /> So I welded the diff protection in stages. I should have made it wider though. Next time... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
