I didn't, but that's a good idea, so I will. I've been thinking of making a vent for the intercooler on the Golf for the same purpose as the front wheel well splash guard is right behind it.

I drove it to work this morning. Trans oil temps were 125f for the first 15 mins of 55mph and then rose to just under 150f and didn't move after that. Does that seem normal?

Kenny, your welcome to have a look on Saturday. The plumbing is a bit messy, but I'm planning to tidy that up when I install the fan thermostat.

Charlie, have you ever used soldered copper pipe to route trans oil? Any good reason not to?
