The difference in standard and premium is usually the length of warranty. Typically, no difference in the quality of the remanufacturing process. Get the lifetime reman from a reputable company for the cheapest price. On your truck, it should only take you 15 minutes to change it whenever it goes bad, so save the money. And get a core from a salvage yard for cheap to turn in as your core. Most stores don't check too deep when they give the core charge back to you. So, just get any old starter that's similarly sized to yours and turn it in. Then have your OE one rebuilt as a shelf spare. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy...
