1) Find glass same shape and size (good luck on this)
2) Install decent hinges
3) Install lock.

Simple and straight forward but I think #1 will be the toughest part (if not impossible) and #2/3 will be the 2nd toughest.

O, and you need to find a gasket to go with all this so that it seals once closed so you don't get 'the weather' blowing in.
