They say that there are 3 screws to take the Fan off....But I only have 2 (Glad I'm not OCD!) or else I would have to replace that Missing Screw! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

I used White grease for the innards and managed to strip the holding screws around the motor base........ <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/scared.gif" alt="" />
