Around here it's Big Moe Spring and Brake, a chain, I think. I'd take their recomendation on the add on, if any. I'd also get the teflon interleaf thingys for smoother ride, and new bushings. Adding a leaf will make the pack a lot stiffer, which it may not need, and somewhat limit articulation...
