FYI the job of changing rotors on these trucks is a PAIN. The hub itself is pressed into the rotor.
I have never had a problem getting rotor off of hubs, IFS or SA. They are not pressed on, rusted maybe but not pressed. I just took two IFS rotors off yesterday that were very rusted. The bolts spun right out and a couple of hits with a 3 pound dead blow hammer and they fell off.
