Hi Dave,
Man-A-Fre has been around a long time serving the TLC community. Their name is rarely used in the same sentence as words like inexpensive, cheap, cheapest, etc...I just bought a set of their blingin' anti-inversion shackles and would absolutely buy from them again. You might also check with tlc4x4.com as they also sell factory parts. If you call them, talk to Elvin. He's a great guy to deal with.

OK, thanks I've been aware of them for ages, & was surprised at their price on this. Everyone else seems to sell the gasket set for $125-$175 (which I admit seems high) so I had to start wondering about quality with a price that much lower.

Are they the same quality gaskets? That would be my deciding factor.

That's my concern, & there isn't enough info to know. Most everyone is selling Fel-Pro , Man-a-fre doesn't say, but their part numbers look like the dealer part numbers, so possibly OEM Toyota, but not sure.

Email fjparts and ask. I emailed them last winter about rebuild kits for a power steering pump on an FJ60, and got a very prompt and informative reply. Hope the same for you.

Wel l the gasket set got here today & it looks to be high quality. However, it cost me $117.19 instead of $75 + shipping.
I ordered on 11-11 & got an email confirming my price +sales tax= $81.19.
A few seconds later I got another email saying the price had gone up to $89 without tax added. The message that said "note price increase" was not in the subject line where it belonged, but buried in the text of the message.
I was not given an option to refuse the increase. To that they added sales tax (as expected), a $6 "boxfee" (not expected) & a $14.35 shipping charge (seems high to go from so cal to no cal, but whatever).
My $75 gasket set now set me back $117.19, but they never told me how much it would be until it got here.
I have no problem paying shipping & handling etc, but I want to see the bottom line before I accept the order. I shouldn't have trusted these folks the way I did & I'll never buy from them again. Decide for yourselves if you want to deal with that sort of business practice. I know I won't ever again.

Dave, I take it that this was Man-A-Fre? Sorry to hear about your experience, and thanks for posting this. I'll remember it when I order parts in the future.
Were the parts OEM?
