1) I think they all will so you may as well have the 9.5" diff this one has. The only issue might be the drive shaft U-joint but that seems to be potluck
2) You don't have 4.6 gears in the front already?
3) Nope, 3.5L Gen2 diffs are bigger. Some have talked about a full diff swap but I'm pretty sure it's not a bolt up
4) Next to the cigar lighter forward of the shifter (R/D lock)
5) Drive shaft if your Gen 1 U-joint is different. Front brakes, upper control arms, trailing arms, although you'll get those with the axle I'm sure. I' think that's it.
