I agree, he didn't mention a transfer case swap, but that may be because he didn't know the relatively easy possibility existed. No other drive train changing would be necessary.

Having made the mistakes I've made, I'd say stick with the SR locked rear (since he's got a V6) and run a Wagoneer driver side drop Dana 44/Early Bronco Dana 44. OR, keep the SR rear and go with a $200 Dana 300 transfer case, AA input shaft with the appropriate spline count and clocking ring, and a Toyota FJ60 or 80 front axle (passenger drop Wagoneer 44 will work here, too). For me, the choice would be all about axle availability.

For front suspension, the Early Bronco/F150/blah blah blah radius arms would be my choice for ease of assembly/geometry. Good old leaf springs would work, too, though.
