I'm up for helping with a Holister a cleanup. Anyone else?

Yes, I'm up for it as long as I don't have to eat that Tri Tip.

I have no issue with tri tip.
The clean up sounds good, I should be able to make it.

I don't think I want to see the secretions in his truck, Michael. I'm a sailor, and that's still kind of gross...

I can't make the 5th (son has state ODP tryouts) as I'll be in Morgan Hill, but I would like to eat some tri-tip! If it's cooked right, that cut is awesome!

fried sphincter or tri tip?

I've had tri tip a few times while living in Monterey and never understood why everyone there liked it so much. Stores here don't even sell it, unless you ask the butcher then maybe but it's never out with the other meats.

sphincter...I once found out what I was eating at a restaurant in Bali, and let's just say that I was happy to be well under the influence of beer type products. We ordered a "meat variety" plate to cook over charcoal at our table. It was a "variety" all right...
