I developed a nice high end knock in my 95 3.5L DOHC, it certainly sounds like a "lifter", I was in no hurry until I hit a deer in my suburban two days ago. The montero should be my quickest fix. My question is: I see cheep "lifters" on e-bay that have a 3mm oil port and I see what look like originals on Beck Arnley (1mm oil port?), which should I use? I would like to replace them all but I don't have much $$. So, replace one with the expensive or all with the e-bay cheep. Plus, isn't the 3mm port an improvement?
