I might avoid the DOHC but the other SR options are great. My 95 3.5 has head problems all the time but the power is only ok, a 3.0 would be a little dull but more importantly the locker, adjustable shocks, interlock, and power over-ride (not sure what it should be called, it bumps the shift point up about another 1000 rpms into the red line). My headlight sprayers don't work but it sounds cool and the giant sunroof, well, it has it's purposes. The other little thing I know is the transmission I happen to have is a toyota tranny, "much better than what is on other models", or so some tranny shop told me. I also like the tansfer case (not sure if all are this way), there is a 4H that is slip all around and a 4H that locks the front so you can also lock the rear, 4L is locked. good luck and enjoy.
