First time I have ever heard of these trucks not being able to put out enough heat. I can ride around when its in the 30s-40s with the corner window open and defrost on low and still be warm. If you have it blowing on you at low fan but full heat setting it feels extremely hot. If you turn the fan on high its like sitting directly in front of a wood burn stove with a blower x2. Which would make me think in the below zero temps having it on full blast should be fine. Unless like stated above something is causing other issues.
