Maybe for a snorkel it'd be a good idea but other than that seems like a waste. Aren't the stock setups already pretty much a CAI? It takes the air from the fender instead of the engine bay. It doesn't have the fancy metal pipes and all but pretty much serves the same purpose. Do the 4clys use the same intake as the V6s(through the fender)?

I know I always laugh when I look under the hood of my dad's 06 wrangler and the intake is pretty much a hole in the top of the filter housing right there under the hood.
