No, it wont. But you usually dont have to bleed the ABS unless you replaced it.

Sounds like you have air in the system if you have foamy fluid. Jack the front of the truck up, take the power steering cap off, and turn the wheel lock to lock with the motor shut off about 10 or 20 times. Check the fluid, top off, repeat. This should bleed off any air.
