USA 4Crawler Web Wheeler Not sure of the clearance, you could eye-ball it looking at the top shift block-off plate on your existing t-case and see if the existing shift pattern may fit. I put in my truck anyway, where it served for about a year before the rail broke. I salvaged a shift rail from another forward shifter case I had sitting around and did the repairs using the article at the link referenced above for guidance.
