Getting the Wheeling Fever

Well after I put a ton of money into restoring my '87 dodge raider the oil pump went out and the carb still needs a rebuild. I'm just curious if there is an easy v6, 6 or v8 swap? Please let me know what you think. I would love something with more horse power off road but I love the SWB on the raider.
