Getting the Wheeling Fever

I had the dash pulled on my '98 4-door Sportage to replace the instrument cluster. The knee air bag was disconnected, and then reconnected when the dash was replaced. The air back indicator light is now flashing. It won't reset/erase using the standard code reader that clears the CEL codes. Can anyone tell me how to reset the air bag codes? Thanks.
