I hate to post this here, but he won't answer calls, return my calls, or answer PMs or emails.

I purchased my SR axle from him and still haven't received my air pump that I paid for a few months back. I won't air any laundry, but I ask that if anyone has any regular contact with him, please let him know I need to get that air pump to replace the one that I was given by another member of this board. It has been a couple of weeks since I was supposed to "have it by the end of the week."

I'll apologize ahead of time if there is a serious situation precluding the sending of the part, but I need to know what is happening. Mods, I'm sorry if this is inappropriate and will delete if you feel its necessary.

Jon, per the user list he last posted on 12/02/09, so looks like he's still around.

Margie, I saw the same thing. The last communication I have from him is a PM dated 12/1/09, so that could very well be the last time he logged on. I'm not sure what the deal is, and I don't want to make a problem for anyone. I just need to close out this deal.

Thanks, and I'm replying to your PM.

I appreciate the couple of PMs I've received about contact info for VR4. The info I received was the same that I have been trying to cantact him at, but it is appreciated nonetheless. I don't know what to do or say about this now. If anyone knows him off the board, please let him know about this thread. I will be glad to delete my posts and ask the mods to kill this once the parts are received.

Thank you.

I'd do some research off the contact info, like reverse phone # search, reverse addy search, and then send a certified letter. Might be worth paying somebody local to do a house call...

Good idea on the certified letter. I just got his address from another member. I'll try that. Thanks.

I really DO hope he's ok, but so far, this isn't the first time that communication has been broken. I just want my air pump...nothing more, nothing less.

I bought a fuel pump from him last year. There was a bit of a delay in shipping the part, but he came through. He's a nice guy and I'd be really surprised if he is ripping Jon off over a locker pump.

He seems like a good guy on the forum.
