what do you guys use to take out the bolts holding the engine and tranny together? For the top bolts I used a looong ext with a HD Snap-on style swivel. Worked great. Truck was off the ground bout 2 feet so it was pretty easy to get under there.
'89 Raider V6 auto.

I take the tcase off the tranny and let the tranny drop, and go over the top of the bellhousing with a lot of extensions and one floppy extension on the business end. It's actually easier to pull the engine and tranny together (minus the tcase).

HOLy! never though of taking them out at the same time. maybe i'll try it after i go get a universal and some more extensions.

the top right and the top starter bolts are getting to me i can't get them to budge even with a whole lot of wd-40 and a cheater bar lol oh well.i'll have to hit the gym and pump some weights and give it another go.
