Getting the Wheeling Fever

i have 2 computers (CPU's) and they are identicle thats why i am confused as to why it wont start
is there a factory imobilizer (that i dont have a remote control for) that could be stopping it from starting i have it booked in to go to the auto electrician on monday and i will get him to install my own alarm while he is in there playing with the wiring
