69', car loveliness is in the eye of the beholder. I had a buddy who had a brand new '67 as a graduation present, and I got to drive it, and always lusted after that car. I was the driver in the drag races, and that baby would get it. Best handling of the muscle cars by far. I just never got into the big butted later models as GM made everybody work off the same base body as the Chevelle. I drove a Hurst later on, and while very nice, just not the same ride.

Probably my all time fave Olds was the 57 2dr Rocket 88 my father had, red on red, and it would kick the butt of any 57 Chebby, including a Power Pack 327.
