Getting the Wheeling Fever

After replacing the entire Brake System and Painting the beast I have discovered my O/D problem is not a simple switch but will require a complete trans rebuilding. I would rather replace the A/T with a lower mileage one. Does anyone know of one out there? What other model Vehicles can I use?
