Oops... just realized I never posted the results from this mod after completing it last July. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/zombie.gif" alt="" /> <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/ignore.gif" alt="" />

Anyhow, the sliders are on and have been tested to my satisfaction.

Aligning & supporting them with 4 jack stands...

Cutting the legs to fit.

Notes:
1) With a 2" BL I had to definitely cut them at an angle to raise the sliders as high and tight up against the body as possible.
2) The front legs are too short because the frame goes inwards from the side of the vehicle. We extended both left and right legs using a scrap piece that came from cutting the rear legs to length.

Here's my brother-in-Law welding them in place.

In place almost ready for paint.

A touch of body sealer around all edges especially the top of the frame where we were unable to weld it shut. This helps minimize future exposure to the elements and ultimately rust...

After cleaning them off and painting them using a nice Rustoleum 'hammer' finish.
