heard today on the radio when aluminum wheels get way cold they are more likely to lose the air seal and leak down..heard this on the radio,,they say steel wheels are better in zero temperatures.......

anyone have a plan to keep snow from packing in the engine
compartment when it is really deep and kia is not lifted.

i saw a guy that put plastic under his hood and down in front of his grill and below bumper when t he snow was real deep.
